The Haunted Halloween Graveyard

by Room 7

It was a dark, scary, Halloween night

And a haunted, haunted bloody sight

Covered the graveyard and gave a fright

To all who entered in the moonlight

Frankenstein

Full of bolts and large as life

Entered the graveyard looking for food

On a Halloween night

In the moonlight

A witch

Who flies in on her broom

And crashes into Frankenstein

Who was looking for food

On a Halloween night

In the moonlight

Enter a ghost

A thin, tiny, pirate faced ghost

Who walked through the witch

Who crashed into Frankenstein

Who was looking for food

On a Halloween night

In the moonlight

A Mummy

A fat, red-eyed, old mummy

Who wrapped up the ghost

Who walked through the witch

Who crashed into Frankenstein

Who was looking for food

On a Halloween night

In the moonlight

Suddenly, a zombie popped out of the ground

“Don’t start the party without me!”

Frankenstein, the witch, the ghost, the mummy, and the zombie

all sat down at the stone table.

The zombie said, “I love this pepperoni pizza!  This is a great Halloween party!”

And all this happened

On a dark and scary Halloween night

And a haunted, haunted pepperoni sight

Covered the graveyard and gave a fright

To all who entered in the moonlight.

How Raven Stole Water

A Native American myth made by room 7

Raven was flying over the dry land.  Raven said to himself, "I wonder what happenend to all the water?"  Raven decided to fly around and look for water.  He flew high and he flew low, but he couldn't find any water.  He flew high up through the clouds and there he found that all the water had been made into an Ocean Empire.

Since Raven could not swim, he turned himself into a flying fish and he swam across the Ocean Empire and snuck into the castle on the other side.  He turned himself back into Raven and overheard the Emperor saying,"I am so clever.  I stole all the water from the earth.  I am going to use the water.  I stole the water to hurt the people on Earth."

Raven felt so bad for the people of Earth.  He deicided to break the Ocean Empire and release the water.  Raven did this and created rain to pour over Earth.  The water made the crops grow, and it gave people and animals water to drink.  Now, every time it rains, people of Earth celebrate the gift of water from Raven.
