How To Stay Healthy

     Welcome people trying to lose weight. My  name is Tyler Winslow, I'm here to tell you how to lose weight and live longer. You just have to follow these three rules, and in a month you will lose about 50 pounds.

     The first rule is to play sports like, basketball, soccer, tennis, and baseball. This will help you get exercise by running, and getting more strength in your arms. The second rule is to eat three servings of fruit, and vegetables each day. These two rules will give your heart nutrients, and your heart will last longer. The third rule is to go to the gym three times a week. This will give your body, and heart, nutrients, and the muscles that you want. You will get plenty of exercise. These three rules will change your life forever, but you have to stick with it, and don't give up ever. These three rules I just told you will give you plenty of exercise and energy.

     Now I have told you a lot of things about losing weight fast, and to live longer. Rememberr to eat three servings of fruit, and vegetables each day. Also go to the gym three times a week. If you stick with it, and don't give up, these three rules will change your life forever.
