My Philosophy Of Education

My goal in the sixth grade is to help prepare my students to not only be prepared for junior high, but also be strong, responsible citizens and successful students in the 21st century. To do this, I work to guide them toward seeking and meeting challenges that help them develop their potential both academically and socially. I expect students to participate responsibly in lessons and assignments, and to treat themselves and each other with courtesy and respect. In my classroom, all my students are teachers. They teach one another, and they teach me.
